Creating An Architectural Vocabulary

Internet musings have landed horse upon the absorbing and insightful perspectives of Sebastian Weiss, an architectural photographer and designer based in Germany.

Weiss’s visions capture a beautifull balanced architectural language, where the textures, shapes and structures pen the paper of an endless novel. This ‘on the road’ tangent of appreciation is vocabulated by details easily missed when ogling the big picture and only realised once highlighted by the skilled photographer.

The images “free buildings from their spatial context and known surroundings”, eventuating in a fresh interpretation of it’s features. What has always been there now sees a new life within the frame of Weiss’s lens.
